Privacy Policy together with the Terms of Use and the Cookie Policy of Physiotherapy Center FIZIONOVA (hereinafter: Fizionova) constitutes Contract which refers to users. 

Privacy Policy refers to the persons which access the Website of Fizionova on web address www.fizinova.rs (hereinafter: Website) and which address us through Contact form. 

Fizionova is aware of the importance of protecting personal data and it approaches to the protection of personal data very seriously.

Fizionova created the Privacy Policy so the process of data processing would be accessible, transparent and understandable.

Handler

Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data by Fizionova, through access and use of website www.fizionova.rs.

Handler of data is Ambulance for Rehabilitation “FIZIONOVA” Nenad Nešić PR from Belgrade, Zemun, 16 Teodora Hercla St, registration number: 64641808, TIN: 110086908.

Handler can be contacted through email address: office@fizionova.rs , through phone number: +381 11 21 00 588 or +381 63 80 17 225 and in writing to the address in Belgrade, Zemun, 16 Teodora Hercla St.

Personal data that we collect

Data that we collect depend on the way in which the user is using the Website, and so the following data differs: 

Data that we collect from the user voluntarily

Every person that access the Website and sends inquiry through Contact form on the Website voluntarily can leave the following data: 

• Name and Surname,
• Email,
• Phone number and
• Information that the user chooses to share with the Fizionova through Contact form.

Every person that access the Website and applies to receive Newsletter voluntarily can leave the following data: 

• Name and Surname and
• Email.

Every person which contacts the Fizionova through the Contact form, by sending inquiry to email address office@fizionova.rs or by making a phone call, upon making a contact, may allow Fizionova access to additional information of a specific person, such as address, business address, the content of documentation and other attachments provided by a particular person, as well as any other information that a particular person chooses to share with Fizionova. 

Fizionova in the case of an engagement for providing services, may ask the particular person to provide, in addition to the abovementioned, additional information and personal data necessary for the provision of services, clearly stating the purpose of processing the particular data.

Personal data that we collect automatically 

During the visit of the website www.fizionova.rs, Fizionova automatically collects certain personal data from the user’s device. 

Automatically collected information may include IP address, type of the device, unique device identification number, search engine type and broder geographical location.  At the same time, information may be collected about how a user's device is acting on the website www.fizionova.rs, as well as information about the pages the user accessed and the links the user clicked.

Collected information enables us to better understand the users which access the Website, as well as to upgrade the Website and the user experience.

Internet analytics data

Fizionova uses Google Analytics and other internet analytics services to compile analytics data and reports on the use of the Website by visitors, as well as to improve the user experience. 

If a user wants to review Google Analytics, it can be done by visiting Google Analytics.

At the same time, we point out that if a user does not want Google to collect and process user data generated through the use of the Website, a user may opt out of Google Analytics by installing a tool in the browser: Google Analitycs opt-out Add-on.

Purpose of data processing and legal basis

Fizionova, as Handler, processes personal data for the following purposes, in accordance with the stated legal bases:

When processing data based on the legitimate interest of Fizionova, we take care to process it in a way that does not endanger the rights and freedoms of users. When processing data from a legitimate interest, Fizionova takes into account the balance between the Fizionova's personal interests and the user's privacy rights.

Processing of data based on the consent of the person to which the data relates implies that the user can withdraw the consent at any time.

How data is used

We process user data on the express consent of the user and in accordance with other reasons that are permissible by law.

User data will not be stored and used for any purpose other than that for which it was originally collected.

Fizionova guarantees that it will not misuse, sell or pass on to third parties any of user’s data.

Members of our team are bound by the obligation of keep the trade secrets, they are aware of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of data and are responsible for respecting Term of use and this Privacy Policy, and also all legal measures have been taken to prevent the disclosure information, except for the purposes for which information were collected.

Time period for keeping data

Fizionova, in its capacity as Handler, keeps the data for the period necessary for the accomplishment of the purpose for which data was collected, i.e. during the period of the user's consent.

In case that there is no provision of services or if the Contract on providing services is not concluded, user’s data will be deleted without delay.

Certain data collected for processing on the basis of the law may be stored to the extent required by law for such processing or as required by law for our legal obligations, for the conduct of proceedings, the peaceful settlement of disputes, bookkeeping and etc.

The personal data provided by the persons to Fizionova in order to obtain the Newsletter are kept as long as the specific person is on the newsletter list or until that person requests to be deleted from the specified list.

Data sharing

Fizionova doesn’t share user’s data with third parties except if:

• it possess user’s consent,
• there is legal obligation to share user’s data with, for example, government bodies (then there is no need for user’s consent) and 
• it is necessary to share user’s data for the purpose of providing quality services, when for example it is necessary to have consultations with medical specialist from specific fields, experts and doctors. 

User’s rights

The user, as a person whose data we process in accordance with applicable legislation, has the following rights:

• the right of access,
• the right to withdraw the consent,
• the right to correction and amendment,
• the right to delete data,
• the right to object,
• the right to restrict processing,
• the right to transfer data
• the right to submit complaint to Commissioner for information of public importance and personal data protection.

Fizionova advises the user that the use of the right to withdraw the consent doesn’t affect the admissibility of data processing on the basis of consent in the period before the revocation of consent.

Above mention rights the user can achieve by sending mail to the Handler’s address or by sending email to the email representative for personal data protection: ______________. When addressing the Fizionova it is necessary for the user to leave name and surname, address, email and phone number, and the Handler reserves the right to request additional information for the purpose of verifying identity of the user. 

Competent supervisory authority for Fizionova is Commissioner for information of public importance and personal data protection, Belgrade, 15 Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra St, email: office@poverenik.rs.

Security

Fizionova has taken all organizational, technical, physical and administrative measures to protect all data it collects and processes, from all forms of abuse and theft.

In case that in addition to the measures taken, the data security of the user is compromised and if this could result in negative consequences for the user's privacy, Fizionova will immediately notify the user and the relevant public authorities when necessary in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Republic of Serbia. 

Changes

Fizionova reserves the right to change or modify current Privacy Policy of the Website. 

Users will be notified that the Privacy Policy is changed or modified through the Website or via email, if provided by user.

Fizionova will also request the user's consent in case of material changes to the Privacy Policy, if it is necessary in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

If user doesn’t accept changes of the Privacy Policy, Fizionova kindly asks user to stop using the Website.

Changes to the Privacy Policy begin to take legal effect from the date of publication on the Website www. fizionova.rs.

Privacy Policy was adopted on 16.08.2021 and will enter into force on the day of its publication.
